The Revolving Door is Turning Again

Sister S is being transferred to Grand Prairie.
We have enjoyed her sweet countenance,
her piano music, and her pretty smile.
Sister O is starting to seem like part of the family.
We are becoming more attached
to Sister O every day. She is such a hard working missionary.
We are lucky to have her remain in this area.

The sisters went around telling their investigators
goodbye the past few days.
Here is Sister S with Juan and Nancy.
They are planning to be baptized very soon.

I know that the Camancho family,
who are also planning to be baptized,
will always remember Sister S.
They will pray for her, just as we still pray for the missionaries
that baptized us 38 years ago.

Saturday Morning

This morning the Sisters went to a Women's Conference and luncheon. This afternoon I picked up my camera and noticed this picture. I think Sister S. took it before they left for the conference. Doesn't she look pretty? She is pretty inside and out.

Planning Day

Thursdays are planning days for the Sisters.
Today Sister O was planning many things...
(one of which was being in a wedding in 2 months,
when she goes home from her mission.)

Then the Sisters headed out for another day of teaching
and knocking on doors.

Music to My Ears!

Sister S. has been practicing the piano.
She took lessons for a short time when she was young.
Now she is working on reviving her old skills.
Tonight after the Sisters came in from teaching,
she spent some time practicing a hymn.

Here she is giving me a little smile while she plays....
I love having Sister S in our home....
She is music to my ears!

Teaching Lots of Lessons This Week.....

The first two pictures were taken one day this past week.
Apparently the Sisters had dressed like twins on accident.
They were both wearing blue and white.
They have been teaching so many lessons this week.
I think they said are trying to teach more people than the Elders,
so they asked me if they could give me a message.

The shared a nice message with me....then they closed with a prayer.
The silly pictures were taken after the "lesson,"  when Sister O informed Sister S that I was really a paparazzi.
These Sisters are working hard!
Well.....most of the time.

Hermana S. Has Arrived

Sister S is from Utah. She has been out about 5 months.
We sat and visited for about 30 minutes tonight.
I can tell she is a special sister, too.
I can't wait to get to know her better.
She was trained by Sister L.
She has a pretty smile and I know she loves the gospel!

New Adventures Ahead for Sister M.....

 Good Bye and Good Luck.
"Spread the Gospel!"
I will miss you Hermana Macy!
I know she will do a wonderful job in her new area.

I will miss her sweet ways...
 Driving off to transfers....
on a cold, cold, winter morning.
Good Luck!!
