The Hermanas have had a slow and quiet week...
They are doing modified exercises in the mornings.
They went outside for a walk the other day...
this morning they walked around inside the house,
up and down the stairs.....
then they did Pilate stretches in the living room.
They say it is quiet because last week they stayed inside
so they didn't find anyone to teach.
Today they taught a family with 4 girls a lesson
(with a member present).
They set a baptismal date for them -- June 8.
Sister Maximum said,
"Tell our families to start praying."
Tonight they found a new young couple to teach...
They had met with missionaries once in Honduras...
so this was their 2nd contact.
The Sisters are excited about that.
We had a lot of severe weather in the area today,
but none of it bothered our little corner of the world.
We just had a nice soaking rain.
Thank you so much for the update. We are praying every day non-stop for all of you and for the people of Carrollton! Glad the hermanas are not forgetting their Pilates!!! It's the best! The weather here is strange, too. We are still getting snow in the mountains! Love you all!
ReplyDeleteps: Sister Maximum said she would call on Sunday at 5 Texas time which would be 6 our time, but really it would be 4 our time. Should we be ready at 4 or at 6? Either way...we are SOOOOOOOO excited!!!
