The Sisters had an especially eventful day today.
They got to see, hear, and shake Elder Neil L. Anderson's hand.

(or Ft. Worth...I'm not positive on that one)

They bought some Krispy Kreme doughnuts.
They were caught in a small rainstorm.

They found some adorable kittens.
I'm sure you will hear all about it in their next letters.
Wow, I am so anxious to hear about their day! It is amazing to have the chance to be taught by an apostle of the Lord. We lived in Texas 1994-95, when Hermana L. was age 2-4. We were in North Richland hills, 6144 Cliffbrook Dr, and were in the Colleyville Stake. When I heard they were going to the Colleyville Stake center to hear Elder Anderson, I was hoping that she could drive by our old house and maybe knock the doors on our street, it was just 4 miles from the Stake center. Google maps are great-(street view), it was fun to see our old house and how big the trees we planted have grown. Excited to hear more, and I love the picture! Love, Mom L.
ReplyDeleteI think they wanted to go by the house but they weren't in their own car....they rode over with someone else. I think thos maps are amazing, too. We have real advantages now with computers in our lives.
